Conditions:

Capacity: 12-15 people. The house is rented as a whole, meaning that it is only rented to a group of people at any one time.

For bookings on special festivities, please refer to the price list above and minimum stay periods.

Festivities include: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, 24th June (Feast of St John the Baptist), Easter, 8th December (Immaculate Conception Day) and other public holidays following the national calendar.

40% of the total rental fee must be paid by transfer at the time of the booking. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon arrival.
Prices include VAT and tourist tax.
To book the house a deposit of 250€ to 450€ (depending the number of people) must be paid.
For 7-day stays you must pay a 200€ cleaning fee upon leaving.
The property reserves the right to charge € 200 as a security deposit.
Price for extra beds: €25 per person/day.
Cot: €10 per day.
Visiting guests (who come to spend the day in the house): €10 (prior consultation with the owner is needed)
Pets: €15 per day.

Cancellation policies:

Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the paid fee.

If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, paid fees will not be refunded. If the house is booked by other guests for the same price you made your reservation, you will get a 50% refund of the booking fee.
